It is the second major section of the Christian Bible, focusing on the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the birth of the Church, and the spread of the Gospel through His apostles. It contains 27 books, written in Greek between approximately AD 45–100.

Hermeneutics is a science of interpretation and termination.

​​​This course examines the history of hermeneutic lessons of church history. Students receive practice in proper habits of Bible reading and study, interpretation, and the use of proper reference, linguistic, and contextual tools.
